Recreating a Design

If there is a design that you have seen on our Instagram/Facebook pages that you would like us to replicate, you can upload an image of it with your order and state that you would like it in the same style. Please note that we cannot recreate designs from other businesses.

Which Size Should I Choose?

Select the size of the embosser or debosser by the width of the text you want not by the size cookie you are stamping.

We recommend ordering the design 10mm smaller than the cookie you are making.

If the text will not fit in the size chosen we will be in contact to look at other options.

Processing Time:

Custom items typically take 5 business days to process and are then shipped out with express postage ($9.95). There is a RUSH priority option for $10 extra ($19.95) ($5 for pick up in Adelaide) at checkout that ensures your order will leave the next business day if you need it ASAP.
